Product description
Appleton Estate Black River Casks Rum takes its name from the spring from which the distillery draws the water for its production. The water, which flows through limestone, is particularly pure and soft. The rum made from Pot Still and Column Still distillates matures for at least 15 years in oak barrels in Jamaica's tropical climate. Appleton Estate was founded in 1749 in Nassau Valley, making it the oldest distillery on the island. The distillery includes sugar cane plantations and yeast cultivation.
