If you imagine a triple-distilled whiskey to be big and dark, this is the closest you'll get. 75% malt whiskey in this Blend speaks for itself and is perfectly complemented by 15% Grain and the maturation in Oloroso sherry casks and Bourbon barrels.

Kommentar: Im Geruch am Anfang süß und voller Sherry. Im Geschmack ein etwas stärkeren Antritt, dann breite sich der Sherry aus. Im Abgang macht sich die Eiche bemerkbar.
Für 25€ bekommt man hier einen soliden, einfachen Whisky. Wer die Erwartungen nicht zu hoch setzt, wird hier nicht enttäuscht.

Kommentar: Für mich ein Klassiker, den ich gern mal "ohne Anlass" trinke. Auch in einer Bar, wenn mir der Rest des Angebotes nicht zusagt. Erkennt man immer wieder, unverkennbar im Geschmack, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt sehr gut!
