Product description

The third batch of Camikara Pure Cane Juice Rum from India was distilled from sugar cane juice in Pot Still stills. The rum matured for 3 years in American oak barrels and is a tribute to the Indian sugar cane farmers who have been producing rum from the sugar cane harvest for thousands of years. Camikara is Sanskrit and means 'liquid gold'.

Aroma: Natürlich, mit süßen Kopfnoten aus Zuckerrohr. Anklänge von grünen Pflanzen- und nassem Leder, die hinter den überwältigenden Zuckerrohrnoten durchschimmern. Dann fruchtig-süßlich mit Melonenspiel in der Nase, sanfte Honig- und Vanillenoten folgen.

Geschmack: Eiche und Zuckerrohrsaft mir alkoholischen Noten, Holzkohle und sanfte Rauchnoten, mit Zuckerrohr, Karamell und Vanille im Hintergrund.

Abgang: Lang mit Zuckerrohrsaft, süßlichen Akzenten und etwas Rauch.
