The 25-year-old Blend Chivas Regal was introduced in 1909. Each bottle of this rare whisky is individually numbered. The first Chivas bottling was launched back in 1801. The Chivas Regal 25 Year Old is a strictly limited edition blended Scotch whisky from Chivas, which stands for the highest quality and decades of blending expertise. Only Scotch whiskies matured for at least 25 years are used for this premium blend, including rare and particularly high-quality components from various Scottish distilleries. The long cask maturation in selected oak casks gives the whisky its exceptional depth, complexity and smooth structure. Each bottle is individually numbered and emphasises the exclusive character of this bottling. Master blender Colin Scott is responsible for the composition and reinterpreted the historic blend - originally introduced in 1909 - in 2007. The result is a multi-award-winning luxury whisky that has been rated an outstanding 95 points by Jim Murray, among others. Aromatically, the Chivas Regal 25 impresses with a dense bouquet of vanilla, ripe fruit and chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied and silky smooth with notes of creamy vanilla, figs, chocolate and fine oak, followed by a long, round finish. Despite its advanced age, the Blend remains pleasantly mild and balanced, making it suitable for both experienced connoisseurs and beginners who want to discover a particularly high-quality Scotch whisky.
