Product description

The Irish Dingle distillery was founded in 2012 by the three beer brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. This distillery bottling 2015/2024 Bourbon Cask is a single pot still whiskey that was distilled three times on traditional copper stills. The 8-year maturation takes place in a single ex-bourbon cask before the single cask is then bottled at natural cask strength exclusively for the German market.
