Product description
The Edradour Lagrein Cask Single Malt Whisky is part of the new whisky series from Edradour owner and Signatory founder Andrew Symington. The series was created in collaboration with the St. Michael-Eppan winery from South Tyrol, which is known for its precise cask management and excellent wines. The 11-year-old Highland malt was matured in a single Lagrein cask, which further refines the whisky with fine notes from the wine cask. The Lagrein grape variety is only found in South Tyrol. Storing the whisky in this wine cask adds coffee notes and subtle accents of forest fruits to the overall result.
