The dark brown liqueur marries fruity ElsBurn Single Malt whisky from the sherry cask and aromatic raw whisky spirit from Hercynian Distilling Co. with plums, oranges, cinnamon and aniseed. In the Elsbach Valley, nestled in the mountainous landscape of the Southern Harz, lies the family business Hammerschmiede, where experimental brandies, liqueurs and spirits have been produced since 1985.
