The Franzi lemon roll liqueur lives up to its name. The summery liqueur combines lemon cream and sponge cake in liquid form. Bremen-based company NORK Korn keeps the recipe for the drink, which is bottled at 15% vol., under wraps, but the colour of the liqueur and the excellent taste speak for themselves. Ideal for anyone who would rather drink something sweet than bake a lemon cream roll.
