Product description
The Glencadam distillery is located just half a mile from the centre of the Scottish town of Brechin. It opened its doors in 1825, shortly after distilling was legalised. Today, whisky is still produced there as it was in 1825. Master Distiller Robert Fleming chose sherry and bourbon casks from the distillery's traditional 'Dunnage' warehouse, which he then matured in the selected sherry butts from Andalusia.

Kommentar: Ein wirklich guter Whisky! Er überfordert einen nicht, aber doch hat er eine gewisse Komplexität. Ich habe ihn an verschiedenen Tagen probiert und er schmeckte anders - nicht schlechter. Die 46% stehen ihm gut, nur der Abgang könnte länger sein.
