The Wood Finish series from Glencadam stands for high-quality Single Malt Whiskies with exceptional cask maturation. All bottlings in the series are characterised by their natural character: they are neither coloured nor chill-filtered and bottled at a pleasant drinking strength. The Glencadam Reserva de Porto Branco - White Port Cask Finish first matured in selected American oak bourbon casks. The Single Malt then received its special finish in fine barriques that were previously topped with white port wine. This additional maturation allows the whisky to develop a complex interplay of flavours with fruity notes, subtle sweetness and elegant wood nuances. The Glencadam White Port Cask Finish is ideal for connoisseurs who want to discover complex single malt Scotch whiskies with a special cask finish. A Highland whisky full of character with the elegant influence of white port and authentic distillery character.
