The 14-year-old Highland Park Land of Orkney was created as a Travel Exclusive bottling and is part of an exclusive selection of whiskies inspired by the nature and environment of the Orkney Islands. Each bottling is a tribute to Orkney's unique climate and environment. This edition is dedicated to the Orkney landscape. The subtly sweet and smoky whisky with a light golden colour was matured in first-fill American oak sherry-seasoned casks and bottled at 42.3% vol.

Der würzig rauchige Charakter der Brennerei kommt gut durch. Dezente Süße und auch Würzigkeit mit dem ebenfalls typischen Heidekraut-Charakter der Brennerei prägen zudem den Geschmack. Sehr gelungen mit langem Abgang.

Aroma: Bratäpfel, geröstete Zimtnoten, Vanille aus Madagaskar und leichte Akzente von Torfrauch.

Geschmack: Cremige Noten von Vanille Crème Brûlée gehen in Aromen von Bratäpfeln und einen Hauch von Muskatnuss über.

Abgang: Anhaltend mit dezentem Heidekraut-Rauch und subtiler würzig-süßer Honignote.
