The recipe for Irish Mist goes back to the very popular Heatherwine production over 1,000 years ago. The recipe has been passed down from generation to generation. Today, Irish barley, selected herbs and heather and clover honey are used.
Ingredients: Irish Whiskey (31%), alcohol, sugar, honey (5%), flavourings, POD Oloroso Sherry, caramel E150a.

Aroma: weich Honig, Vanille, leichte Kräuter

Geschmack: viel Honig, wieder Vanille, weich im Mund, da brennt nichts, eher süß, aber nicht zu süß.

Abgang: lang mild angenehm.

Kommentar: hatte ihn für meine Frau gekauft, da sie kein Whisky Fan ist, aber davon hatte gleich 2 getrunken. Wirklich angenehm im Mund
