Aroma Juniper and pine needles, followed by fresh lemons and tart oranges, limes and grapefruit. Floral notes of roses and herbs, coriander and spices. Accompanied by maritime sugar kelp.
Taste Fresh and balanced between tart juniper and pine as well as fruity mangos, grapefruit and oranges. Green herbs and coriander in addition.
Finish Long and clean after juniper and citrus fruits as well as some vanilla and black pepper.

Product description
The special feature of the Isle of Harris Gin is the use of sugar kelp, an edible type of seaweed that tastes sweet when dried. In addition, the gin from the Scottish island contains Macedonian juniper berries, English coriander seeds, various types of pepper, orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark as well as iris and liquorice root. The Isle of Harris belongs to the archipelago of the Outer Hebrides. The distillery of the same name was founded in 2015 to strengthen the island's economy and also produces the whisky 'The Hearach' in addition to the gin.
