    Aroma: Sherry Raisin eher wie Conjac, Finish deutlich bemerkbar.Alcohol , etwas rau

    Geschmack: Nuts Raisin Pepper Sweet Alcohol intensiv und komplex, aber auch mit Wasser etwas rau.

    Abgang: Mittellang wie Geschmack, nur würziger

    Kommentar: Interessante und Intensive Geschmäcke, aber auch mit einer etwas rauen Schärfe. Immernoch ein guter und charakterstarker Whisky, aber dafür etwas teuer.

    Kommentar: Früher noch ein Geheimtipp, zählt Kavalan heute zu den Global Playern - und das zu Recht! Im feucht-warmen Klima von Taiwan genügt bereits eine Lagerdauer von ca. 6 Jahren. Das Cognac-Fass gibt dem Destillat im Zusammenspiel von Jugend und Reife sehr interessante Aromen mit.
