The Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. The Gin is a classic Dry Gin but with fine accents of the Japanese art of distillation. The Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is made with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, Akamatsu wood chips (Japanese red pine), bamboo, Gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green Sanshō berries (Japanese peppercorn). It is bottled at 45.7 % vol. and is based on a rice spirit and pure ground water from the famous Fushimi sake brewery.
