Product description

Michter's Shenk's Homestead Sour Mash is matured exclusively in American oak barrels. A few of these oak barrels are made from the special Chinquapin wood. The whiskey with rye notes is produced according to the classic Sour Mash process, where part of the mash from the previous batch is added to the current one.
