The Monkey 47 Barrel Cut Dry Gin is the 180-day matured result of long experiments of the Black Forest distillery with barrel-aged Gin. The rather unusual choice of wood for the barrels of this bottling comes from mulberry trees. The barrels are made by hand and lightly burnt out before the first fill.
