The Old Ezra Brooks Rye Barrel Strength is a combination of rye whiskey made from a mash with 51% rye, 45% corn, 4% malted barley and a rye whiskey made from 95% rye and 5% malted barley. The creation is then matured for at least 7 years in freshly burnt oak barrels. This edition was bottled at cask strength at 57% vol.
