The Pulteney matured for 20 years has rarity value! After maturing in a refill sherry butt for Gordon & MacPhail's Connoisseurs Choice Cask Strength range, it was bottled at 56.9% vol. at cask strength without the addition of colour and without chill-filtering. Only 534 bottles provide elegance and outstanding moments of enjoyment with dark dried fruits and berries, accompanied by cinnamon, nuts and a powerful, slightly bitter finish. The Connoisseurs Choice - Cask Strength series from Gordon & MacPhail offers powerful, natural single malt Scotch whiskies straight from the cask. Non-chill-filtered and without colouring, these bottlings show the full character of their distillery and cask maturation. The series is aimed at connoisseurs who appreciate intense flavours, high cask strengths and authentic Single Malt Whisky profiles. Ideal for anyone looking for an unadulterated flavour experience.
