Product description
The Raasay Peated Red Wine Cask is part of the Na Sia Single Cask series from this distillery, which is released seasonally every two years. Unpeated whiskies in the first half of the year and peated whiskies in the second half of the year. This single cask whisky matured in first-fill red wine casks from Bordeaux in south-west France, developing luscious notes of dark fruit with maritime influences that perfectly complement the peat smoke character.
The casks of this single malt are all filled by hand at natural cask strength.
