Aroma: Man kann buchstäblich die Fässer, Sherryfässer und Eichenfässer riechen, aber sonst nichts Spektakuläreres.

Geschmack: Zu Beginn kommen die typischen Sherry-Noten wie Trockenfrüchte, Trauben süße Orange, dann eine Nussigkeit und Würze. Man muss den Whiskey Zeit geben damit er sein potenzial ausfaltet

Abgang: Vanille und Früchte

Kommentar: Beim ersten Versuch war der Whisky langweilig, fad und öde, aber wenn man dem Whisky seine Zeit gibt, hat man ein wunderbares Sherry-Aroma, gepaart mit der Würze.
