Renegade All-Island Cuvée Aura Rum

Renegade All-Island Cuvée Aura Rum comes from one of the most modern rum distilleries in the world. With Mark Reynier, known as a whisky entrepreneur, Waterford CEO and former CEO of Bruichladdich, the Renegade rums are now also produced according to the 'farm by farm, field by field, terroir by terroir' principle. The innovative plant allows the individual sugar cane harvests to be processed separately. A sophisticated digital data system makes the tracking of the sugar cane fully traceable. As with Reynier's wine and whisky creations, the principle of maximum transparency in production also applies to Renegade Rums. Distilled on pot stills and column stills, the All-Island Cuvée Aura Rum Études New Bacolet rum, which is neither chill-filtered nor coloured, is made from sugar cane juice and is not matured.
