Product description
The Blended Malt Scallywag was created by Douglas Laing. Scallywag, the little rascal, is the fox terrier godfather and the Laing family's favourite dog. It includes whiskies from the Mortlach, Macallan and Glenrothes distilleries. Sherry and bourbon casks were used for the third batch.

    Aroma: Tolle Frucht, Aprikose, Dattel, Feige, Vanille.

    Geschmack: Brachial, etwas bitter, Alc meiner Meinung nach zu dominant. Mit Wasser angenehmer, dennoch dominiert das Holz immer noch.

    Abgang: Mittellang

    Kommentar: Im Mund ist er deutlich trockener als in der kompkexen angenehmen Nase zu vermuten. leider im Mund eindimensional und viel zu stark alkoholisiert. Zusammen mit der Jugend und den dominaten Tanninen bleibt leider nicht mehr viel von der Komplexität.
