Taste Strongly earthy, again with oak notes, plus smoke, salted peanuts and sea salt.
Finish Medium length and spicy-earthy after oak, honey, sultanas, sea salt and a subtle sweetness.
Maturation Finish in port wine casks

The Age of Taurus belongs to the Zodiac Line of the Swiss brand Seven Seals, in which each bottling is dedicated to a sign of the zodiac. Taurus is the English term for the sign of the zodiac "bull", as can easily be seen from the bull on the label. The bottling was finished in two different port wine casks.

Abgang: erst die Süße, die dann einer schönen Eichen-Würze/Bitterkeit weicht, wie eine Bitter-Schokolade, dazu die Früchte und der leichte Rauch. Mittellanger bis langer Abgang Sweet Spices Oak Chocolate Peat Smoke

Kommentar: im Rahmen eines privaten Tastings genossen. Übereinstimmend sehr gut bewertet - wirklich sehr gut gemacht. Es gibt kein Kritikpunkt. Sehr gutes P/L-Verhältnis.
