Product description

Rum made from 100% sugar cane juice forms the basis for this orange-rum liqueur. Peels of bitter oranges and various spices are added and, after maceration, stored for a short time in oak barrels. In the last production step, pure sugar cane syrup is added to turn the rum into a liqueur.

Die J.M Rumbrennerei liegt sehr abgelegen in Macouba im Norden von Martinique und trägt die Initialen ihres Gründers Jean-Marie Martin. Dieser kaufte im Jahr 1845 die ehemalige Zuckerfabrik Fonds-Préville und baute sie in eine Brennerei um. read more
