Product description

The King's Ginger was intended to invigorate and warm His Majesty during the reign of King Edward VII, who liked to be exposed to the wind in his Daimler at all times of the year and in all weathers. The then purveyors to the court, Berry Bros. and Rudd, created this liqueur dedicated to the King around 1903.

Then as now, the King's Ginger is a warming, strong and fresh liqueur.

Aroma: mehr Zitrus als Ingwer, mehr Haushaltsreiniger als Likör

Kommentar: feiner Likör, der genau das hält, was schon König Edward VII. belebte.
Nicht zu süß, ausgewogene Ingwerschärfe und ein wohlig-warmer Abgang.
Wir haben schon diverse Ingwerliköre probiert, dieser hier ist an der Spitze.
Nun gut, halber Liter für den Preis ist auch an der Spitze.
