Tipperary's Homegrown Barley Single Malt was made entirely from barley grown on the company's own property. The barley variety used was Olympus, which was sown in April 2016. In autumn 2020, the first Single Malt Whiskey made from barley grown on site was bottled. Prior to this, it was matured in first-fill Rioja casks. The Tipperary Boutique Distillery was opened in 2014 in the small town of the same name in the southern part of Ireland. The core concept of the young Irish distillery is the 'Grain-to-Bottle' principle, for which the barley is specially cultivated. For this purpose, a farmer is an integral part of the team who provides advice and support on the subject of barley cultivation.

Aroma: Weiche Früchte, dazu Rührkuchen mit Erdbeeren und Himbeeren sowie einem Hauch getrocknetes Gras.
Geschmack: Rund mit Himbeer-Noten und gerösteten Marshmallows.
