The special thing about Tobermory is the raw whisky spirit, which is added to the gin spirit before maceration. This gives the gin its unique slightly malty character. This special bottling contains rowan berries, tea and wild heather, which colours the island of Mull beautifully purple in the summer months.

Kommentar: recht deutlich florales Heidekrautaroma, welches sich bis zum Abgang durchzieht. Überdeckt den Wacholder und die säuerlichen Citrusnoten zum Teil leider etwas arg wie ich finde. Trotzdem gut zu trinken, definitiv floraler und würziger als der klassiche Tobermory Gin.
