After purchase, you will receive the voucher number immediately on the order confirmation email. You will also find the number in your order history in the customer account. The voucher is activated as soon as it is paid for. It can be redeemed on the Internet during the order process.
In your order confirmation e-mail you will find a template for printing out the voucher. Simply enter the voucher number and amount and give it to a loved one!
The voucher is not redeemable for cash and is valid for three years after the end of the calendar year.

To protect the environment, we now only send vouchers by e-mail. You will receive the voucher number on your order confirmation. That's all the recipient needs.
