Windspiel Premium Dry Gin is the first gin in Germany to be made from potatoes ripened in volcanic soil from the distillery's farm. After the annual harvest in autumn, the raw alcohol for this gin is created with classic botanicals such as juniper, lemon peel, coriander, lavender, cinnamon bark as well as other botanicals according to a secret recipe of the master distiller. The gin is dedicated to the greyhound breed Windspiel.
