Glenlivet First Fill American Oak matured for 13 years in American white oak casks, which shaped its sweet character.
The Glenlivet was the first distillery in Speyside to be granted a licence to distil. The distillery has been producing since 1824 and is now one of the largest producers of malt whisky.

Aroma: süß ,wilder Honig, saftige Äpfel und frische Birne ,florale Noten

Geschmack: Schokolade, weiches Karamell, Vanillesoße mit frischer Orange und Grapefruit. Eichenwürze setzt einen spannenden Kontrast.

Abgang: Langanhaltend , herrliche Vanillenote, begleitet von fruchtiger Süße und blumigem Aroma.

Kommentar: die 13 Jahren Reifezeit konnten sich Äpfel, Birnen, Vanille und Blumen zu toller Komplexität entwickeln. Hinzu kommen würzige Eicheneinflüsse
