Botucal Single Vintage Rum is a blend of distillates that were all produced in one year. Sugar cane honey and molasses are distilled in a ratio of 80:20 using the pot still method and then aged for up to 12 years in ex-bourbon and ex-scotch barrels. This limited bottling is then finished in sherry casks.
