Description du produit

Canerock is based on rum made from sugar cane molasses from the world-famous Jamaican distilleries Long Pond and Clarendon. There, the rum is matured for up to three years in ex-Bourbon barrels, then in small parts for 5 to 10 years, and for the finish, about 10-15% of the rum is refined in PX sherry barrels. After this exceptional and complex ageing, the Canerock is blended with vanilla from Madagascar, coconut, ginger and Jamaican spices and sweetened a little. The spiced rum thus becomes a full-bodied and spicy overall creation with a clear Jamaican rum influence.

Geschmack: Süße Karamellnoten, leichte Würze und Anklänge von Rosinen stoßen auf Akzente von Piment und Eichenholz-Tanninen.
