Variété Single Malt Whisky
Arôme Lush with sultanas, mandarins, peach, teacake, candied fruit and half-baked caramel biscuit dough. Spices and fine oak flavours linger in the background, alongside fine caramel and rich toffee notes. Orange notes follow.
Bouche Complex with notes of fruity sultana cake, vanilla and caramel in the foreground, gradually incorporating delicate notes of tangerine, cake spices and toffee.
Finale Fine oak notes and light prune flavours introduce the finish and last a pleasantly long time.

Description du produit
Like its popular predecessors, Batch 005 of the Elsburn Distillery Edition was made from regional barley malt, fresh mountain spring water and pure yeast. The Elsburn Distillery Edition is distilled twice on Pot Still stills and matured 100% in first fill sherry casks from Jerez. The Single Malts from the Elsburn distillery are produced entirely by hand. The 5th batch from the Harz-based distillery starts lusciously, with complex flavours full of sultanas, mandarins, biscuit dough and spices, with facets of prunes, toffee and oak spice on the palate with a very long finish. This Elsburn Whisky is a true classic for lovers of sherry cask matured Single Malts. Uncoloured, not chill-filtered with a pleasantly increased drinking strength of 46%.
