	Bouche	Sweet with caramel, brown sugar and vanilla that quickly develops into a wave of tropical fruit flavours such as pineapple, mango, banana and stone fruit. Pepper and baking spices follow with a tannic note that balances the complexity.
	Finale	Long and warming with hints of pepper supported by caramel, vanilla and tropical fruit notes.

The Exceptional Cask Selections represent the unique and rare bottlings of the Foursquare Rum Distillery, personally selected by Richard Seale. His personal projects are only released when he considers them to be of exceptional quality. These unique, strictly limited edition rums show truly unique approaches to both the blending and maturation of the rum. The Mark XXI has been matured for 12 years in a combination of first, second and third fill ex-Bourbon barrels and bottled at a full-bodied 60% vol. at cask strength. No colouring, no sugar, no artificial additives and no chill-filtration. The exclusive blended rum was distilled, matured and bottled entirely on the island of Barbados.

Aroma: Karamell und gebrannter Zucker, unterlegt mit Noten von Vanille und Eiche. Tropische Früchte (Ananas, Mango, Banane und Pfirsich) verleihen Frische und Helligkeit. Ein subtiles Esteraroma vermischt sich mit einem Hauch von schwarzem Pfeffer.

Geschmack: Süß mit Karamell, braunem Zucker und Vanille, der sich schnell zu einer Welle tropischer Fruchtaromen wie Ananas, Mango, Banane und Steinobst entwickelt. Pfeffer und Backgewürze folgen mit einer tanninhaltigen Note, die die Komplexität ausbalanciert.

Abgang: Lang und wärmend mit Anklängen von Pfeffer die von Karamell-, Vanille- und tropischen Fruchtnoten getragen wird.
