Aroma: Sweet, sherry, malt and a hint of smoke. In the background you will find biscuits and fruits.
Taste: Complex body. Wonderfully balanced between sherry, malt and smoke.
Finish: Long, warm and soft with sherry.
Kilchoman Sanaig
Flavour: Intense with heather, sultanas, pears and orange peel. Stone fruits combined with mixed spices and rich peat smoke.
Taste: Ripe plums, red cherries and a hint of citrus followed by intense peat smoke, caramel sweets, oak and dark chocolate.
Finish: Mouth-filling and fruity with caramel, cinnamon and clove. Plus brown sugar, spices, peat smoke and a lingering sweetness.
Cask type: Ex-Bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks
Smoke content: 50 ppm.
Longrow Peated
Aroma: Very creamy, custard, gradually more smoke with marshmallows and light sweetness.
Taste: Well balanced, strong, creamy and slightly medicinal along with peat smoke.
Finish: Lingering peat smoke.

Description du produit
Three distilleries from three Scotch whisky regions where independence is writ large: The distilleries Glenfarclas (Speyside), Kilchoman (Islay) and Springbank (Campbeltown) stand on their own two feet. With local water, regional barley and their own cask management, they traditionally produce Single Malt whiskies. The live tasting gives an insight into the Independent Malts Collection with the malty-sherry Glenfarclas, the fruity-smoky Kilchoman and the medicinal-sweet Longrow from the Springbank distillery.
