	Arôme	Intense fruity notes of raspberries and redcurrants with cane sugar accents and hints of red fruit jelly and cassis.
	Bouche	Herbal and spicy with thyme and rosemary. Fruit sweetness and light tannins are added, which merge into red fruits and gain sweetness over time.
	Finale	Again herbal-spicy at the beginning, then sweet and slowly fading away.

Description du produit

This Nc'nean STR Red Wine Cask bottling was matured in a single STR (shaved toasted recharred) cask, which was previously topped with red wine. The creation is neither chill-filtered nor coloured and is bottled by Michel Reick in the Best Dram series at cask strength. As an independent bottler, Michel Reick, Kirsch Import's Whisky Ambassador, personally selects his Best Drams locally in Scotland's whisky regions and bottles them as single casks at natural cask strength, neither chill-filtered nor coloured. Reick is also known for his other series Scotch Universe, The Whisky Druid, The Old Friend series and is a true great in the whisky industry.

Aroma: Intensive Fruchtnoten von Himbeeren und roten Johannisbeeren mit Rohrzuckerakzenten und Anklängen von roter Grütze und Cassis.

Geschmack: Kräuterig-würzig mit Thymian und Rosmarin. Fruchtsüße und leichte Tannine kommen hinzu, die in rote Früchten übergehen und mit der Zeit an Süße gewinnen.

Abgang: Erneut kräuterig-würzig zu Beginn, dann süß und langsam ausklingend.
