Hand-picked sloes from the Eifel give the Windspiel Premium Sloe Gin a special character. Macerated in Windspiel Premium Dry Gin and refined with sloe juice, the result is a sloe gin with intense juniper, aromatic sloe and floral citrus notes. It is rounded off by spicy and fine aromas, which result from the distillate of potatoes matured in volcanic soil.
