	Proef	Aromas of cinnamon and star anise blend with the sharpness of liquorice and the smoky notes of maple wood, whilst baked dates with walnuts, honeycomb and dark chocolate round off the rich taste, complemented by lemon zest and salted nuts.

The Ardbeg Dolce – released to mark Ardbeg Day 2026 – combines the rugged beauty of Islay with the Mediterranean charm of Sicily, inspired by the golden age of Italian cinema in the 1960s. This limited-edition bottling, matured in Sicilian Marsala casks and classic bourbon casks, brings sweet aromas of apricot, jam and dark chocolate, alongside notes of toasted nuts and smoky applewood, to this Single Malt Whisky. Ardbeg Day, which takes place annually on the last Saturday of the Islay Festival, celebrates the world of Ardbeg and its passionate followers. At 47.8% ABV, this whisky is a worthy representative of the renowned Islay brand, known for its bold, peaty-smoky expressions.
