A total of 25 years of maturation gave this blended malt whisky from the Cairn Distillery a lush profile. The blended malt whisky from The Cairn Distillery, opened by Gordon MacPhail in 2022, was then bottled at 43% vol. for the CRN57 Blended Malt Series, which is carefully composed from whiskies from the impressive cask stock of the renowned independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail. The series provides a compelling first glimpse of future Single Malts and whisky creations and is named after the 57th parallel north, where the Cairn Distillery is located near the Cairngorms National Park. With delicious, sweet notes of rum, sultanas and brown sugar, ripe figs, maple syrup and a hint of liquorice, this blended malt whisky is the epitome of uncomplicated enjoyment.

Mit der CRN57-Serie erscheinen bereits erste Blended-Malt-Abfüllungen aus dem umfangreichen Fassbestand von Gordon & MacPhail, benannt nach dem 57. Breitengrad, an dem die Destillerie liegt.
