Signatory Vintage is one of Scotland's most renowned independent bottlers, founded in 1988 by Andrew Symington. With over 10,000 casks in the warehouses of Pitlochry, Symington has access to some of the rarest and oldest whiskies around. The exclusive Symington's Choice Collection is the result of decades of experience in cask selection. These are personally selected single cask bottlings, always uncoloured, non-chill-filtered and at cask strength. With its distinctive, waxy character, Clynelish is considered one of the most iconic Highland distilleries - a favourite among connoisseurs and Blends alike. It was precisely this distinctive style that prompted Andrew Symington to select an exceptionally matured Clynelish from 1990, which matured for a full 35 years in a single Bourbon barrel (Cask 3476). This bottling is part of the current Symington's Choice Collection and combines age, cask quality and distillery character to create a real rarity for discerning collectors and lovers of the finest Single Malts.

De Distilleerderij: Clynelish
The new Clynelish Distillery on the east coast of Scotland was only established in 1967. It is located on the same premises as the original "Old Clynelish Distillery", which in turn had been mothballed and was reopened for a short period of time under the name of "Brora".
