As is well known, the Irish Dingle distillery was founded in 2012 by the three beer brewers Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. After bottling the Single Malt only in smaller batches for a number of years, the Irish distillery was gradually able to establish an excellent core range and the popular Dingle Single Pot Still Whiskey was also relaunched. It is made from malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled and matured in a combination of Bourbon, sherry and red wine casks. The three different types of cask, the 46.5% vol. typical of Dingle and the absence of chill-filtering and colouring give the distillate a full-bodied structure with the finest fruit, sugar and nutty notes - ideal for autumn and winter but also worth enjoying on cold, wet summer days. The packaging features the Wren-Boy, which is part of an old Irish tradition that is especially celebrated on St. Stephen's Day (26 December).

The Dingle Distillery is located on the wild Atlantic coast in the south-west of Ireland and is one of the most exciting independent distilleries in the country. Since 2012, award-winning Irish Whiskeys, Gins and Vodkas have been produced here by hand using traditional methods.
