Eden Mill is the first combined brewery and distillery in Scotland to produce gin, whisky and beer. Eden Mill The Guard Bridge is a Blend of Eden Mill, Lowland and Highland Single Malts, which also gives the bottling its name. The creation connects the Eden Mill Brewery St. Andrews with the Lowlands and the Highlands.
