The Edradour Merlot Cask is part of a new whisky series from Edradour owner and Signatory founder Andrew Symington, which was created in collaboration with the St. Michael-Eppan winery from South Tyrol. This 11-year-old single malt matured in a single Merlot cask, which refines the whisky with fine notes from the Merlot wine cask. Merlot is one of the most popular grape varieties in the world, which can now be discovered in combination with this Edradour single malt, which is neither coloured nor chill-filtered.
