Jiu Hai Bu Gan bears the nickname Craft White. The single malt from Tibet is not matured in wooden barrels, as is usual in this country, but in terracotta amphorae called Jiu Hai. Incidentally, it is produced like a single malt with Tibetan malted barley, local yeast and water from the Himalayas.
