This thirteen-year-old Jura from the limited 'The Old Malt Cask' series matured in a sherry butt. In this series, only very special casks are meticulously selected by the Master Distiller himself before they are reduced to 50% alcohol by volume and bottled.

Kommentar: Ein guter, unabhängiger Jura, besser als die aktuellen Standardabfüllungen.

Aroma: Schokoladig nach Zitrone und Anklänge von erdigen Noten.
Geschmack: Geschmorte Birnen mit eingelegtem Ingwer und Akzenten von Eichenspänen.

Kommentar: Deutlich komplexer als die Standard-Abfüllungen von Jura. Trotzdem typisch. Maybe not erveryones Darling. Für mich eine positive Herausforderung der Sinne.
