Opthimus Cum Laude Rum is a high-quality premium rum from the Dominican Republic, produced in the Casa Oliver distillery. The raw material used is selected sugar cane molasses, which is gently and traditionally distilled after fermentation to produce a particularly smooth and flavoursome distillate. The rum is then matured using the tried-and-tested Solera method in former American white oak bourbon barrels, allowing it to mature continuously for years and develop a balanced, elegant structure. The taste of Opthimus Cum Laude Rum is harmonious and mild, with fine notes of honey, vanilla and ripe fruit, accompanied by a subtle wood accent.
