The Swiss distillery from which the Seven Seals whiskies originate developed a special process for the production of their creations. True to the motto 'It's not the time that counts, but the Taste', they reduced the maturation time without further ado in order to avert the ongoing cask shortage. With the help of this process, a Single Malt Spirit is supposed to have as good an aroma as other 15- to 18-year-old whiskies after only three years. Exactly how this is done is a secret procedure. This bottling was finished in Amarone wine casks.

Geschmack: Würzig-fruchtige Anklänge von Waldbeeren, Birnen in Rotwein und Karamell gehen zu Facetten von Mokka, Butterscotch und Ingwerplätzchen über.
Abgang: Weich, wärmend, sanft und mittellang mit Kaffeenoten sowie Akzenten von weissem Pfeffer.
