Geschmack: zuerst kommt fast nix, kaum alk und dabei ölig.dann jedoch knallt eine sehr würzige und auch mundfüllende schärfe in den mundraum. beim zweiten schluck kommt nicht mehr als pfeffrige würzigkeit.....
Abgang: ist kurz, der dann bitter wird und mit trockenen röstaromen um die ecke verduftet.im nachgang mandelnote und hustenmedizin.
Kommentar: ein neuer irish blend, der wild, ungezügelt, jugendlich, grainig daherkommt und mit seinen ecken und kanten die sensorik doch zu kitzeln vermag. überraschend. ich denke der wird seine freunde finden. gute cocktails kann man auch mit dem mixen. gesundes mittelmaß.
