The special thing about Da Hong Pao Gin from the English Bimber distillery is the most expensive tea in the world that it contains. Da Hong Pao is a highly oxidised oolong tea with an earthy, floral and sweet flavour profile. In addition to the tea leaves, the gin contains classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander seeds, angelica and orris roots.
